E2K Math Competition On Tuesday January 27th, Moriah participated in a Web Conference hosted by Kushner and conducted by The Society for Excellence Through Education in Israel. Our students interacted with students from Hillel Academy and Kushner to answer questions and develop strategies based on given situations. The students were able to record responses on a smart board which was able to be manipulated in Israel. Our students quickly learned to work cooperatively with students from other schools and responded to the teachers in Israel as if they were preset in the room and not 6000 miles away! Mrs. Iuzzolino accompanied the following 8th grade E2K group: Aliza Hochsztein, Benji Koslowe, Sarah Levy, Daniel Lubat, Zachary Nelkin, Tamar Novogrodsky, Josh Ottensoser, Adi Rosen, Rebecca Sichel and Tehila Stone. The experience was an exciting and memorable one for all!
