Bracha Party in Class 3-4 and Class 1-1

Amen.  One simple word...or is it?  Morah Chaya Devora's 3rd grade class has been learning about the power and importance of "amen."  They have also put this into practice by answering "amen," as a class, whenever the first grades wash for lunch and make the brachot outside of 3-4's classroom.  Class 1-1 has enjoyed this partnership from early in the year, always pausing after a bracha so that they can hear 3-4's "amen."  The morot decided that since these two classes have had such a long-standing relationship over brachot, the two classes should have a chance to get together, meet each other and further bond...at a Brachot Party!!  On Monday, February 9, also Tu Bishvat, 1-1 joined 3-4 in their classroom for some stories about the importance of "amen," followed by some fun foods, over which each child could recite 5 different brachot so others could answer "amen."  Morah Chaya Devora, Morah Ahuva and Morah Draizy of 3-4, and Morah Miriam and Morah Esther Malka of 1-1, along with the yeladim of both classes benefited from having many opportunities to answer "AMEN!"
