After learning the story in Sefer Shoftim of Devorah and Barak’s battle with Sisera, class 5-3 wrote their own creative journal entries and interviews reflecting the story. Students wrote the story from the point of view of Yael, Devorah, Barak and Sisera and were really able to capture the excitement of the perek. With the help of Mrs. Kaminetzky in the Computer Lab class 5-3 was able to type up their journal entries and interviews in Hebrew and add graphics and borders that really enhanced their work. This was the first time typing in Hebrew for many of the students and they are all very excited to be able to do it again soon!
